Agreement and eligibility

These terms govern your use of the Tropical Daydreams website, customer account, social sign-in, storefront, and related services. By using the service or placing an order, you agree to these terms. You must be able to enter a binding contract where you live. Auction participation is also subject to the separate Auction Terms shown before bidding.

Accounts and social sign-in

You are responsible for accurate account information and for protecting access to your email, password, and social sign-in accounts. You may not use another person's identity or account without permission. We may suspend access when reasonably necessary to investigate fraud, abuse, security risks, or violations of these terms.

Products, availability, and pricing

Live plants naturally vary in colour, shape, size, and condition. Product photographs represent the listed plant or product as described, but lighting and display settings can affect appearance. Prices, promotions, and inventory may change. A cart does not reserve inventory, and an order is not accepted until checkout is completed and payment is confirmed.

Orders and payment

You authorize the displayed charges when submitting payment. Payments are processed by Stripe and may be subject to Stripe's terms. We may cancel or refund an order affected by an inventory conflict, pricing error, suspected fraud, delivery limitation, or other issue that prevents safe fulfillment. Applicable taxes, shipping charges, and discounts are shown during checkout.

Shipping and live plants

Shipping schedules, weather risks, carrier delays, local pickup, and arrival guidance are described in our Shipping Policy. You are responsible for a complete and accurate delivery address and for reviewing conditions that may affect live-plant delivery.

Auctions

Auction bids, winner obligations, payment timing, and auction-specific inventory rules are governed by the Auction Terms and Conditions. If these general terms conflict with the Auction Terms for an auction matter, the Auction Terms control that matter.

Acceptable use

• Do not interfere with the storefront, authentication, payments, auctions, APIs, or security controls.
• Do not scrape, automate, reverse engineer, probe, or overload the service without written permission.
• Do not submit unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, misleading, or infringing content or transactions.
• Do not attempt to access another customer's account, order, address, or bid information.

Intellectual property and third parties

The Tropical Daydreams name, storefront content, product photography, text, and design are owned by Tropical Daydreams or used with permission. Third-party services such as Facebook, Google, Microsoft, Stripe, carriers, and analytics providers operate under their own terms and are responsible for their services.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided on an as-available basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, exact plant appearance, carrier timing, or that every technical error can be prevented. To the extent permitted by law, Tropical Daydreams is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer law.

Privacy, changes, and contact

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information. We may update these terms as the service changes; the effective date identifies the current version.
